RSS feed not triggering flow?

Hi

I have a flow that makes use of the "When a feed is published" flow trigger. The rss feed address has a valid rss feed. I have used the w3 feed validator to test this. Once triggered it should send me an email as its action. For some reason the feed is not triggered? What am I doing wrong?  

I have tried to change the action and that did not work. I have also tried to use a different trigger "List all RSS feed Items" and this does read them however this is not what i need.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @CHF,

Please make sure the feed you are using is correct. I made a test using the feed example on Flow, and it works fine. The flow can be triggered whenever a feed is published. Please check the following screenshot:

I also made a test with your feed URL on my side, it didn’t trigger the flow.

Please check the feed URL, or you could try with a different feed on your side.

Thank you for your reply. I tested it with other RSS feeds and they worked. If the trigger doesnt work but the RSS is a valid feed, how do i diagnose the issue? Raise a servise request with Microsoft?
