I'm try to scheduled a Phone Call activity in Dynamics. The issue I'm having is the 'Phone Calls' Entity that I want to create is missing the 'Call From' and 'Call To' fields. When I run my flow the Phone Call is created, but those fields are blank in my new record.
I've looked under Show Advanced Options, and I can't* see those fields.

You should provide information in Call from and Call To fields , so after you click on "Show Advance Option" add the value that you want for Call from and Call to and rerun your flow. it should work.

There does not seem to be a clear Call From and Call To fields in Create a new record action.
You can try to configure Phone Number and see if it is related to Call From and Call To fields.
