Good Day All!!
I'm struggling to get this right.
I have ingoing/outgoing Snag list in forms, the form answers get saved to SharePoint list. The answers are "YES/NO" and I would like to when the answer is "NO" get that value to change it to a number, then add the changed values to get a total.
I have tried to change the value with the expression 'Replace' and dropping it into a excel table and then it has a total column, I then get that value with the action 'Get row from excel' with the filter 'Total' but the return i get from that is a link to a empty wedpage.
Please if someone can help will be greatly appreciated.
If I am going about it the wrong way please give advice.
GoodDay to you all happy Flowing!!!!

Hi @BigStev ,
Instead of Replacing value of "No" , you should have additional field (type=number) and you could set its value based on Yes/No answer and than do calculation.
From your explanation, I am sure what you want to achieve. If you can explain more or share a snapshot that would be great.
Thanks
Anupam
@BigStev, @anupam8555 is correct and I think the way you have done it is over-complicating things. As I was already preparing my answer when @anupam8555 responded I'll continue anyway, and in my example I have a Yes/No column called YesNo. I then have another column called YNTotal which is a number column set to 0 decimal places. The view of the list has a sum total on the YNTotal column. I have added a button to run the flow and do the calculation and only displayed it on 1 item rather than all the items. The flow loops through the list and if the YesNo column is equal to true (i.e No) then update the YNTotal column with a value of 0, otherwise update it with a value of 1.

Hi guys thank you for all the help looks like I got it right.
So what I did is :
I crated a excel spreadsheet and at the end of the table I put in a total column with the function(=sum). This is where I plug in the replaced string from (Yes/No) to the cost value i want that veribale to be.
So I use the excel table over and over by using the (Delete a row) for excel.
Thank you to everyone for your help.
