Using DevOps Connector to create WIT - Test Plan does not create the Test Suite

Using DevOps Connector to create WIT - Test Plan does not create the Test Suite like manually creating a Test Plan in the DevOps UI.

Get error:"Test plan 3646 not found. Or its area path is not owned by this project's default team."

Switching the New Test Plan Page Preview Feature allows me to see it, but that's going away soon.

Anyone else encounter this?
