error SQL with Insert row from Excel File : " incorrect syntax near ')' "

Hi,

I have this kind of error with Sql Action, I would like to insert rows from Excel File to Access Database in Azure SQL.

I don't understand because the data are very simple in my Excel Tab :

I tested it with a Sharepoint List instead of one Excel File and I have the same error

Should I try to recreate the connection with Azure SQL (Access webapp database) ?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
