how to get letter in bold size in teams notifications using MS flows

how to get letter in bold size in teams notifications using MS flows. We have flow to send reminder on teams, few of the fields needs to be in Bold characters .

 

Kindly mention the way to do it.

First of all, the Post a message as the Flow bot to a user action is deprecated, please use the Post a message in a chat or channel action instead:

Using this action you will be able to format texts in the code view, via adding <b>TEXTS</b> tags:

For your question, approvals will keep waiting for response up to 28 days until it's expired. You can add a Delay to the flow and shut it down after some days using the Terminate operator:

Hello @v-jefferni ,

Thanks a lot for responding , the scenario's are like : 

  1. Need to send confirmation message to users on teams with bold letter rather than normal messages in the action 'Post a message as the Flow bot to a user 2' , inside the 'Message' box.  As we do in the 'send an email action'
  2. Reminder messages on teams by highlighting few words in  a message in teams, like timings at what time they have.

3. Also would like to know , that i have approval flows created , so will there be any time our issues if they don't accept in specified time or something? Sending approval to admin, manager based on their hierarchy . So , what can be done in this case?

Thanks a lot @v-jefferni for the response. This helped

 

So as you said, approvals will keep waiting for response up to 28 days until it's expired. You can add a Delay to the flow and shut it down after some days using the Terminate operator - Does this mean by default the approval will be waiting for 28 days & if we want to reduce it , we can by the methods you mentioned?

 

So basically there won't be any time out issues till 28 days right? If they don't approve the approval immediately by the time it was sent.

Correct, and this is why in the community you can find many threads, which need to check approval status in time otherwise send the approval again. See below:

So, one method is set a duration as timeout in the action and resend the approval, the other one you can send notifications if no response received.
