unable to @mention my team using flow

i am trying to create a simple flow for my teams. to post a message every Monday.

i used action "post a message as a flow bot to a channel"

in the message, I used the below so my whole team can be notified. but it does not work. if I use the same for a particular person in the team by giving their email address it works fine. Can someone help me with this. if this works i can create multiple flows.

I’ve just made a test with @ mention in Teams, which is working properly.

The flow is configured likes below:
