Action 'Get_file_content_using_path' failed

I have a flow I have created via an MS Team Channel and I am getting the error when trying to test the flow - Action 'Get_file_content_using_path' failed. 

Essentially what I am trying to do is get an attachment from an MS Form I have created in this Teams channel using Power Automate and a SharePoint list. 

All the other data is coming through to the SharePoint list fine apart from the attachments. 

Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi @Teaquell ,

Please make sure the user which you are using in flow has access to the site from where you are pulling the file. This at times causes the issue which I have faced a lot.
