Action 'Send_an_email_notification_(V3)_2' failed - 401 error

I try to send an email notification and got the 401 Error, has follow on the guideline "Learn More about Mail" but it doesnt fix. below is my issue screenshot:

Dear Partner,

Although this may not be related to your issue, Microsoft recommends using the Office 365 Send Mail connector instead.  See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/sendmail/

I do a work flow so I guess Office 365 Send Mail cant support that.

Hi @Chi 

Please take a try to replace Send an email notification (V3) with Send an email (V2) action. Then save the flow and test again.
