The flow run history is generally available for the last 30 days. You can export a CSV too. The export CSV option gets the first 100 runs only. more: https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/download-history-recurrence/

Hope this Helps!

Re: All Runs

Hello,

Is there a way to keep the run history for a longer period of time (let's say a year)?

Sometimes we might need the history for audit purposes.

Thanks and regards

Re: All Runs

Hi @wplingers

Currently that is not supported in flow. You can at the most view the last 30 days and in the save csv save the last 100 runs data. For anything additional, you might have to keep exporting the CSV and save it on some other repo. Also, you can check out the https://powerclarity.app/  to see that the runs are saved for longer time for audit purposes.

Hope this Helps!
