Hello,
I have created a flow for "everyone must approve" for a folder in SharePoint. I am the creator of the flow and I have no issues sending documents for approval, but a member of my team who has edit access to the document library doesn't get the option to send documents for approval. Even for documents they have created, this option doesn't show up.
Do I need to grant specific access, or add users as owners to the flow in order for them to send documents for approval?
Note - I created the flow and am NOT using the Request Sign-Off option because we needed everyone to approve, not just one approver. The flow was created from the "Everyone must approve file" template.
Thank you

You will need to grant Run permissions to the users. The easiest way is to grant permissions for all users that have at least edit rights on the List or Library itself. That way if you give someone else permission on the list/library they will automatically get Run permissions for the flow too.
Go into the flow settings/overview and select Edit in the Run only users section.
Then select SharePoint, followed by selecting your site and list/library, then click on Add, and finally Save.

Tried this and it solved my issue.
Thank you so much!!
