Approval flow where 2/4 users must approve and others do not need to take action

I was asked to build an approval flow where the approval request is sent to 4 approvers (let's call them A, B, C, D). Any 2 out of the 4 must approve the request and once they do, it should trigger an email to be sent. Once any 2 of the 4 approve the request then the remaining 2 should not have to take any action e.g. if A and B approve the request, the email should be sent and C and D should not have to do anything.

I have the four 'start and wait for approval' requests running parallel with a condition that any two of the four approvers must approve before it proceeds. I have also tried this using increment variables where, each approval is +1 and once the variable is equal to +2, the email should send. However, I end up having to wait for all four approvers to respond before the flow continues, even if 2 of them have already approved.

I've been looking through the questions here and haven't been able to find a solution. Can anyone help?
