Approvals levels

I'm new to flow, and I'm connecting from a request form from Cognito. When it is created, a first approval request is generated using Approvals and it works, but then I need to add a second level of approvals for the ones that are already approved and I can't do it. I have tried to place one approval after the other. I've also tried putting in a condition evaluation, but when doing the logic, I don't know what value to compare the response to. I imagine it is something quite basic and common, but I can not solve it. Thanks for any pointers or ideas.
