Auto Printing PDF files to specific Printer

Dear Experts,

with MS power automation, looking forward to auto printing of PDF files as per below example:
File name: Invoice*.PDF to Printer ABC
File name: NonTax*.PDF to Printer XYZ
For files successfully send to printer should be saved to folder ‘completed’
For error files, it should save to folder ‘error’ and trigger email notification (with specific contents on subject and email body) to users.

please let me know how can we bring above automation.

Many thanks in advance.

Hello, @BVARMA!

I don't think there's a direct approach when it comes to printing a document with Power Automate (I could be wrong, and if someone knows of one, please join the threat). I did find this blog where they explain a way to do it, but it has some requirements... Printing Documents Automatically Using Power Autom... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

I think this might work a little bit different in Power Automate Desktop: How To Print To PDF Using Power Automate Desktop (win2pdf.com)

Let me know if this helped you!

Cheers!

Dear..

Thank you so much for your feedback,

with above option, it will call for third party application as such wondering if we've any other alternatives?

Thanks,

Download Print Conductor.
FolderMill is another solution that can organize automatic printing seamlessly.
Download FolderMill.
2Printer is a command line tool for auto-printing PDF files, images, CAD drawings, and other documents.
Download 2Printer.
