Auto save attachment to dropbox not working all of a sudden

Hello,

 

I am needing some assistance from anyone who can figure this out for me. My company uses flow to automatically save attachments from incoming emails to a Dropbox folder. This has been working flawlessly since I implemented the procedure back in November. Yesterday, these attachments all of a sudden stopped autosaving to Dropbox and it is throwing a wrench in our system. I ran a test with an old file through the flow test option and that worked fine, but when I sent two separate emails with attachments on the emails to the email address, those flows did NOT work. Also we are using Outlook365 as the email platform. 

 

Any tips would be appreciated.

What’s the error message you’ve got on your side?

 

Could you share a screenshot of your flow?

 

Please try to re-create the flow to see if it will work.

 

I have made a flow to save email attachments to Dropbox when an email with attachments arrives, which is just working fine. All the attachments could be saved to Dropbox properly.

Hi Mabel,

 

I deleted the entire flow and created a new one. It wasn't failing per say but the attachments weren't showing up in Dropbox. It's like the flow wasn't even attempting to start. 

 

I'll let you know what happens now that I've deleted and readded.
