Bad Request: Error code: 'ApprovalSubscriptionNotAllowed'. Help!

What does this mean? 

I've been making an approval flow, and at the stage where I have 13 approvals being started at the same time, this error occurs.

Originally, this error didn't occur when I ran it last week so I am quite confused. 

Heres the error in full: 

The request failed. Error code: 'ApprovalSubscriptionNotAllowed'. Error Message: 'Cannot wait on this approval in its current state.'.

This error only occurred on one of the 13 approval requests.

Hi there.

The error seemed to disappear a couple hours after it occurred. I did nothing to the flow, but just didn't use it and it seemed to work again.

I'm not too sure why it occurred, and haven't experienced this since.
