first some information about my business case: I've created a PowerApps App where our technicans can enter data about their performance-record. This bunch of data is then transfered to a Flow in which I'am populating a word template, generating a pdf from it, sending this PDF to some e-mail recipients and then the PDF is also uploaded in my OneDrive-Folder.
I did all of this in a test environment and in my personal folders, now I am planning to make this accessible to my colleagues. I plan to do it in the following way: 1. Tell our IT to create a new ("neutral") Microsoft Account, so the E-Mails are not sent from my personal account anymore.
2. Import the working PowerApps / Flow to that Account 3. Share the PowerApp to the users and make these Users to Flow Owners
