We are using Flow to create a Word document with "Populate a Word template".
For 2 users (one Office 365 E3 license, and one with Office 365 Premium license, the Flow works well. The Word document i is created using the template with information from the Sharepoint list item.
For 2 other users with Office 365 Premium license - the flow fails. All users has all Office 365 License options enabled.
The "Flow free" is not enabled.
Here is the error messages for 2 users with problem running the Flow.
For the to users with problem, i have tried to set them first as "Owner" of the Flow, and later "Run only".
Any idea how to find out of this problem ? (Can it be a license problem ? Problem with access rights ? )

Hi @TrulsB
As you know that the Word Online is a premium connector, it needs a fully active Flow plan to function. (based on the current licensing)
However, there are some changes to the licensing coming up in October so you can get a better insight on what it will be moving forward. Therefore until then I think you should continue the trial period.
Hope this Helps!

I have also tried to change lisence for one of the users with problem using the flow, to Office 365 E3, but still the same problem.
Hi @TrulsB ,
Could you please take a try to create a new connection to the Word Onine connector?
Best regards,
Alice

I have tried to delete the connection to Word Online and create it again, - still the same problem. Im now using a "test user" (test@...) and this user is identical with the other users with this problem.
Running the the flow, i see that the connection is missing.
When i try to create the connection manually with the user test@..... i get this message.
Translated from Norwegian the error message is that premium-connection cannot be created, because of the users licens..
For two of the users that uses a Offie 365 Business Premium license, one user can run the flow, the other user cannot - and get a error message.
The licenses is identical for the this users is like this:
It seems to be a licence issue ? Is "Flow for Office 365 Business Premium" license a correct license to use the "Word online" function in Flow ?
I tried to create a Flow with the test user (test@.....) with "Word online", then i got a question about trial for Flow, and i acceped a Trial Period. When i tried to run the Flow again, after the trial period for Flow is started, the flow works well.
This indicate that the Word Online in Flow cannot be used with the Office 365 Business Premium license ?
