Converting csv character codes to shiftjis

I want to convert the character code of the output csv file to shiftjis.
How to convert utf-8(default) to shiftjis in a flow created by power automate?

It's unfortunate that there is no function or action could be supported to convert the UTF-8 to Shift JIS, if you want it could be possible, you could go to IDEA forum to submit your requirement, collect votes to make it come true in the future:
