Create Case in Dynamics 365 failed

I created a simple Flow - When email arrives it will create a case in Dynamics.  The next step keeps failing and that is because it does not recognize the Entity Case.   What am I doing wrong?

For each connector I do not have to use a different account.

Re: Create Case in Dynamics 365 failed

Hi @master888mind,

Could you provide specific error messages?

I noticed that you configured Entity Name with Enter custom value, I wonder if this Entity does not exist, or its name is wrong.

Please make sure that Entity does exist and that you have configured the correct Entity Name.

Or provide more details and which should be helpful for me to share a further suggestion.

Best Regards,
