Create a flow that copies specific types of documents to another folder in drive

Looking to create a flow that monitors a folder for specific types of documents (filtering by key word?) and dropping a copy to a separate folder. Any suggestions or useful links?

Can you explain more about the documents that you want to find?  Will the keywords you are looking for be in the name of the document?

I'm assuming that I want to copy all JPG type files in the 'PIC' folder to the 'APPs' folder.
