Hi all,
I have a flow which creates future appointments for D365 users and sets them as organiser so they can sync these appointments with their Outlook calendar and make changes within Outlook. A requirement is that if the user makes a change to the future appointment details in D365 or Outlook a field on the Appointment entity is set to True/Yes. The problem I am seeing is that this field is being set shortly after the appointment is created despite no human making a change to the Appointment. The appointment syncs to the user's Outlook calendar successfully and if I look at the Audit History of the Appointment I can see the following:
1. Two fields which are Outlook related are updated
2. Flow with trigger looking for updates on Appointment is triggered and updates the field
In testing we found removing the Required Attendee column from the column filters seemed to work but this field does not (according to audit logs) appear to be updated.
I suspect the record is updated by the Outlook client upon calendar sync but not certain and not sure how Required Attendee fits into the picture. Is there any way to filter the trigger based on the fields being update (other than putting them in the filtered columns in the flow)?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
