I'm using Flow to get responses from my Form to then create a new task in Planner. One of the Form's questions involves a date. However, when they enter a date (4/21/21), it shows up in the Planner task as the day before the date submitted. (4/20/21). Is there a reason for this?
Could you try to apply the following expression in the Due Date Time column when creating the task in planner?:
Where r2fb0a018c0e74c289b020fd1b6080993 is the identifier of the date field in Forms.
Hope it helps!
When I used the expression, it threw the following error: Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Create_a_task_' inputs at line '1' and column '22103': 'The template language function 'formatDateTime' expects its first parameter to be of type string. The provided value is of type 'Null'. Please see https://aka.ms/logicexpressions#formatdatetime for usage details.'.
You have to replace r2fb0a018c0e74c289b020fd1b6080993 by your question field (the field where you are asking for the date). Is it informed?
Hi @fchopo ,
Yes I was able to replace r2fb0a018c0e74c289b020fd1b6080993 with the question field. However, the question field is already set to a date type and not a string, so that might be part of the problem?
