Differents trigger/flows for especifics users

Hello everyone. I have a question.

I have a Forms that directs the answers to a SharePoint list. I would like to be stated that if the employee who filled the form of my area, flow 1 must be executed and if the employee is from another area of the company, flow 2 is executed.

Is there any way to perform this kind of direction?
