Dynamics 365 not properly triggering flows

I have a bunch of Flows that are triggered by "Dynamics 365 - When a record is updated", but whenever I update the record on Dynamics 365 I don't see the Flows being triggered. Sometimes I see some triggers with status "Skipped" but never Successes or Failures. Some other times the flow works proper but way after the event happened.

I don't have any conditions on any of the flows and all of them end on HTTP Requests.

Re: Dynamics 365 not properly triggering flows

Hi Lsalgueiro,

You have a bunch of flows that are triggered by "Dynamics 365 - When a record is updated", could you show me a screenshot of one of your flows?
Please try to only run one flow to see if you would still get the same issue.

Best regards,
Mabel Mao

Re: Dynamics 365 not properly triggering flows

I have the same issue. When Dynamics Account is created, it should add itemto SharePoint list. I only get skipped controlls. No successes or failures. I thought it had something to do with the frequency, but in my plan it should be running every five minutes and I have been at it now for hours.

I have the same issue with Dynamics 365 when a record is created.  All skipped.

Re: Dynamics 365 not properly triggering flows

I have exactly the same issue with my Dynamics trigger on entity Update.

I tried to subscribe to Flow Plan 2, to get checks more often (every minutes), but it's just working once, and after I need to update my flow or save it again to have my trigger running.

Could you please do something for that ?

Facing the same issue, were you able to get it working?

Re: Dynamics 365 not properly triggering flows

Not able to get this reliably working from the Flow side.  Have switched to triggering the flows from the CRM side using an HTTP request trigger from a custom workflow activity.
