I tried to create a flow which must create a user in Dynamics but when test I get an error: BadRequest.

I am not able to reproduce a similar error on my side. Could you provide a screenshot of Flow configuration?

Some searches found that similar errors would occur if properties that do not exist in JSON Object are configured.

You could try to configure only the required fields, the other optional fields are not populated first, and then gradually check the fields that caused the error.

In addition, please upgrade your previous version CDS database as required, although I don't know if this is the cause of this error, but it can be used as a reference.
