Hi,
I am using a form from MS Forms to sign up to a program. I make a flow to confirm the reception of the inscription. Some users receive the mails and others do not. We are in a corporative account and the mail is sent to the corporative address. I am sure that the mail is sent beacuse I receive all with the responses.
Any Idea?

Hi @Danielktn,
You could make sure these users who not received Emails whether marked the Email as spam, some accounts automatically throw messages from unknown contacts into the dustbin so that they cannot be received properly.
If it doesn't work, you could check the Flow run history to find the Email address whether is completed.
And you could share your Flow screenshots, I could help you check if it has a logic error.
