Email with Options - changing Sender

I have a flow set up that runs through a series of approvals, but the last approval would not send to a shared inbox. The solution I found was to use the "Send Email with Options" insead of an approval, but it does not give me the option to change the "From" selection. Is there another way to do this?

You might try using a standard "Send Email" which does provide a "Send As" option.  Alternatively, you could use the Send Email from a Shared Mailbox action.  Include a link to the list item in the email.  The user can edit the item and edit a choice column, etc..  Not a great option but it might work for you.

If you go this way, you might consider using a link for the edit form to save the user a few mouse clicks.

Please note that to send on behalf of someone else or from a shared mailbox, you must have permission to do so.

Microsoft flow support the function to send an email from a shared mailbox and send an email with options currently,

The function to send an email from a shared mailbox with options is not supported in microsoft flow currently, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

Yes, essentially I am trying to send an email with options from a shared mailbox. It is for an approval, but the approval action did not work either since it is being sent TO a shared mailbox as well.
