Hey @babubaskaran

After creating the file, you can add an action as create a sharing link and then share that link in the email: ddfe.PNG

Hope this Helps!

Re: Emailing a link to a document using flow

Hi @babubaskaran ,

What behaviour were you expecting?

Probably worth noting that if you are tyring to embed the document, using 'Link to item' step would not work as this is simply a link to the location of the document.

Re: Emailing a link to a document using flow

Hi Mathew,

1) Microsoft Dynamics Management Reporter will generate report automatically and put the same as a link to the report on user Management Reporter one drive.

2) Using flow I am copying this link and adding them into another sharepoint

3) Using flow I am emailing the link from the share point to the user

4) User clicking the link and I am expecting the report should open in the browser but whats happening is its asking to save the file and after saving it when opening the report on the browser.

I hope I am explaining correctly let me know if you have question.
