End Schedule time doesnt match Bookings

Ive use the template for scheduling automated with bookings and Cisco. the problem is the time that the meeting is scheduled for is off by 8 hours. I thought changing the Cisco setting to UTC-0000 would fix it but it still does the same. I have notifications from the flow being successful as well as failing.
