Error 401 - Unauthorized using Send an email from a Shared mailbox (V2)

I have been using a flow that takes the attachments from a new created item on a list, and it has been working fine.

However, it recently started having 2 constant problems. The first one is for the size limit, do you know another option to send from a shared mailbox and increase from 3MB to at least 8?

The second one, when the flow goes to Send an email from a Shared mailbox (V2) sometimes it's sending this error:

{
"status": 401,
"message": "Unauthorized\r\nclientRequestId: 139b3956-6b36-4e3d-904b-3362b51fe510\r\nserviceRequestId: be69b833-6eba-45ca-8240-7025928f298e",
"source": "office365-xxx.azurewebsites.net"
}

Do you have any ideas on how to solve this?

Re: Error 401 - Unauthorized using Send an email from a Shared mailbox (V2)

Hi @Kukguy

Assuming that you have access to send emails from the shared mailbox, here are a few suggestions that you can try.

1. Just to ensure that this is not a caching issue, save the flow and logout of the current session. Close the browser window and start a fresh session and check if you continue to face the same issue. You might try with different browsers too.

2. Ensure that it is not due to multiple connections/ connection caching issue and you can probably delete the connection to Outlook/ Office 365 and create a new one.

Hope this Helps!
