Error Approval mail in Outlook desktop. Something went wrong. try later again

When I trigger an approval in flow from forms, in Outlook desktop I get the approval mail.

But when I try to send my approval/decline I get an error.


"Something went wrong, please try again later."

 

In Flow; the same approval, everything works fine.

Do you see the same error if you use the Outlook web client?

My latest test results show that the approval request has been completed in the Approval email.

Happened to me as well this morning but is working fine now.

Some my users have the same issue. Outlook desktop updates dont help. 

Flow approval form show us an error since yesterday.

Im waiting for some advice:)
