Error

Hello guys,
Please help with this error.
The user must be automatically received from the moment the new item is created. But after the responsible person approves, the system displays this error. What can it be?

As suspected, the error is not in your flow, but with that person profile.

In the Send email To field, you are using the dynamic content Created by Email and if you look at the Created by information, you will see that the person has no Email!

In other words, you cannot send email to this person!

Either have his profile fixed, give him a mailbox or insert a condition to check for a valid email, so you don't try to send to a person without an email address. 🙂

Please ensure that your To field is filled with the Created By Email from the Trigger action and not from some other action.

This rule applies to several people but it is the problem for only one.
For this reason I do not even understand why the given error occurs.

In the flow run that has the issue, can you open the trigger action and check that the Created by user has an email address?

Thank you for the information, but I would like to see what the flow run log says.

Locate the one that has the issue and open it.

In the flow run, expand the trigger action.

... and then locate the Created by information and check that there is a Created by email address in there!

Did you find it? and was there an email address?
