Filter data before populating new list

Hi All,

I created a flow to pull data from one list and populate a new list. I would like to filter data that is pulled based off status (e.g. item is "project" and status is "approved"). I have tried using a filter but it is still pulling all data into new list. Any ideas you can provide would be helpful.

Thanks

Hi @rlb

Your apply to each needs to accept the filter array as input as I’m assuming it’s accepting the original get items values.

Hi @rlb

Has your problem been solved?

Do you want to filter out the items whose status is equal to Approved, then create them in another list?

I set up a simple flow, you can take a try with screenshots below.

This is my test list1

After flow runs ,the item whose status value is equal to Approved will be created in another list.

Hope the content above may help you.
