I have a start and wait for approval (custom responses - wait for all) flow where the user triggers the flow on a specific item and picks the reviewers. The flow works until the email step. I am ok with ditching the email step only if the EOC responses were recorded as they come in not all at once after everyone responds. Any ideas?
Your User email is not correct email id in send email action. search for Email(E in caps) and supply that value in email TO. OR if you can share with me options from dynamic panel.

The 'User Email' does not return an email. So that is the reason of the error.
Can you please try the approach below: I use the Get user Profile(v2) action and the pass the Mail to 'Send a email action.
