Hello
I have a flow which will email someone when a form is submitted but it appears to only email if you run the flow twice
Anyone have any ideas? Screenshot below - it seems to think it has done it but no email is received (Excel sheet is updated though)
According to the screenshot it looped through everything, but didn't actually do the email action. If you download the output from the list rows in table do you get anything? It looks like its processing an empty set of records.
@Joe__ I assume you are building the email body in the Apply to each loop.
From a high level you action should look like screenshot below:

This may be stupid but how do I set a variable like your screenshot?
I try to add but I can’t even see the option
You have to initialize a variable in the main section of the flow (outside of any loop or condition) before you can use it. Then you can set the variable inside the condition.
I'm not really sure why but it has started working now, I tried to set the variables but I still had the issue of no email being received, even in junk mail
If it happens again I will post back
