Flow Approval- Compliance Issues

When an approval mail is sent triggered by creation of a Sharepoint list item, the recepient is able to forward this to anyone he wishes and then that person is able to approve.

There is no way to capture the information of who approved.

Eithere the person who received the forward should not have been able to approve or there must be a way to capture the information of who "really" approved it?
