Flow Approval Email showing Markdown \n \n

My approval workflow was formatting the text fine until last Wednesday but now is showing \n in the email details instead of a new line. No changes had been made to the flow.

 

Last week it was showing correctly with new lines

I've tried deleting and recreating the approval action but still new new line is appearing as \n. Any ideas why this potential bug has just occurred and what is causing it?

One of the community support team mentioned that they'll be rolling out a fix sometime this week

i had this problem too! last week it worked fine and this week it just keeps showing the \n. This is so frustrating. I need to roll out this flow soon.

Hi @LeonAIL@Anonymous@rele_2018,

 

Yes, the approval email in Outlook Web not showing line breaks is an issue that has been identified.

A fix will be rolling out this week.

You could keep an eye on the updates to the Thread provided by @Anonymous. If it has been fixed, I will also post back.

I am having the same issue! 

 

My Flow worked fine this morning, after 3 hours after changing the view options in SharePoint the issue occured.

Hi all,

 

Just to mention, same issue here too. This is really really frustrating. I've been working on a huge PowerApp, with multiple Flows, and multiple different approvals running. This is to be rolled out soon, but the fact that things like this keep happening is no good.
