Hello All,
I'm writing because I've seen an issue that I'm hoping you guys can help me with. I have a flow which checks new emails for attachments. if the attachment contains a specific name, it downloads the attachment to a sharepoint document library. This flow works whenever I test it, however, the "natural occurance" gets marked as "false". Here are the steps below:
I received the email at 9AM and flow saw the email, the condition (2.1) came up as "false". I forward the email to myself, and it worked perfectly! why is it that the emails that come in naturally are getting missed?
Thank you,

Hello All,
further to my last post, I discovered the issue in my flow. The issue is that the emails that are coming in are getting sorted into a subfolder of "keepbox". This subfolder appears to be the root cause of the issue. I have updated the flow to look at the correct folder specifically.
as a second question, is there a way to ask a flow to check "all incoming emails"? or "include subfolders"? if not, then I will keep this on top-of-mind for this flow and any subsequent flows.
Hi @Anonymous,
I created such a Flow as you describe it, and it works properly. My Flow as below:
Could you please share your Flow structure? And you could also share the run history of the condition came up as 'false'. We could check if the attachment name contains "IE SalesReport".

if the attachment name contains "IE SalesReport".
Hello,
so, I think i may have found the "real problem". I went back through the run history, opened up all the runs during the time it would have come in (9am - 9:15am yesterday) and was not able to find the email. It appears that the "real problem" appears to be that its not catching all emails. I will continue to parse through and see if I can find it. but, if that's the real problem is there something that I should be looking for? (a setting or variable?)

For the basic trigger, you need to choose the Folder where actual email arrives.
