Hi
We had flow running for 3 to 4 weeks without any problem, but since Saturday 9th Dec 2017 it started failing and insert process is running extremely slow approx. 10 seconds per records (CRM Active feed is switch off in CRM online)
heres are the details:
The flow pulls data from SQL Server and inserts the "Contacts" records in CRM online (UK), it pull 150 records per run.
Most of them are inserted sucessfully (but extremely slow) in CRM and some fails, looking at the detail it seems like the insert step take over a 1 min, when it hits 1 min the flow shows error as "InsernalServerError" and in the OUTPUTS section shows "Status code 500", see attached picture.
It is critical issue for us, any help will be appreciated.
Thank
Samir
Hi @samir,
Could you please share a bit more about your SQL table?
The 500 error is a temporary or transient failure, please click or tap Resubmit to try the flow again and check if the issue is solved. The number of records within SQL table would affect the run time of "Create a new record" action.
I have made a test on my side and the flow works well. My flow’s configuration as below:
The flow works successfully as below:
Note: You can upload a pbix file to Onedrive or any web storage and share the link. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.
Best regards,
Kris
hi @v-xida-msft and @samir
This morning the error stoped to happen, but we don't actualy know if the problem was on Flow or CRM. The SQL server was working normally without no problem. We've been facing some problems with CRM regarding performance, so we belive that the problem was on CRM side, just would like to confirm with you if in the pass 24 hours something have been fixed or changed on Flow that could probably have fixed the issue.
Thank you for your support.
Rodrigo Serra.
