Flow Failure Message

I have an automated flow for a SharePoint list.   The trigger is when an item is created or modified.   None of my items have been updated or modified in over a week but I am still getting a message that the flow has failed 29 times this week.

How do I find out what item it's trying to run on and then stop it?

Re: Flow Failure Message

HI @JR-BejeweledOne, go to the My flows list and click on the title of the flow that's causing the problem. In the next screen you'll see the runs that have taken place. Click on the date of the most recent one and that will open a screen showing the result of each step in the flow. You can click on the title of each step to expand it and see what what Flow was trying to do on which item in your list and whether it was successful or not. You should be able to identify the list item from that.

Re: Flow Failure Message

Thanks, I can see this.  Now for a 2nd newbie question.   This flow's trigger is for a SharePoint list item to be created or modified.   When I looked at the runs, it appears that it's running constantly, but nothing new has been created in this list nor have any of the items been modified, so I don't understand why it's running (successfully for the most part) the way it is.

Re: Flow Failure Message

I have seen that happen a few times. But if you can post a screenshot of the flow then someone here at Flow Towers will be able to see if there's anything specific causing it.
