Flow approval history has disappeared

We have an approval flow and we have recently discovered that all of the past approvals have disappeared. We have tried logging out and in again and also making sure that the connector to SharePoint is there, but still there is no record of the past approvals. Is there some way to make sure those past approvals reappear or diagnose what has caused the history of the flows to be removed?

I am an admin and I can access the Flow admin console if necessary, but I cannot see any record of flows there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

How long have the flows been created?

The storage retention of flow is 30 days. If the flows have been created over 30 days, I am afraid that their run histories will disappear.

Thanks. Actually there were two things going on. The first was a bug that meant the history of flows was not showing up--the page was actually blank. I contacted Microsoft support and that has now been fixed.

However, I did not realise that there was a 30 day limit on the approvals history list. I have now amended the flow so that the approval information is fed back into the SharePoint list so as to keep a more permanent record of approval statuses.
