Flow approval task list error

Greetings!

We have a problem with our Flow approval. We are using Approval / Received page to handle the approvals, but its not working well nowadays. After an item is approved, its still remains in the task list and we are not able to do another approval until closing the browser and reopening the page. The problem exists for all users and different browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox).

Update of this incident: this is already fixed and rolling out with the next deployment.
