Flow failed, unable to resubmit

I have a flow that has been working for some time - it picks up emails that I send to myself and forwards them on to our ticketing system with additional details. It uses the Office 365 connectors for watching my inbox and sending mail.


This morning it failed, and I can't see any reason. When I click "Resubmit" I get the following error


Request to Azure Resource Manager failed with error: '{"error":{"code":"InvalidClientTrackingId","message":"The 'clientTrackingId' value is not valid. The value cannot be null or all whitespace characters."}}'.
What does this mean? How do I fix it? Why was it working and suddenly stop?

This seems to be a temporary error, what is the Flow error message (before clicking resubmit)?


If the current Flow does not work properly, please consider recreating a similar Flow. If the problem persists, please let us know.
