Flow failing

Hi - for the past 3 days, 6 flows have failed that previously were fine.  Nothing has changed.  Here is a screenshot and the fail message:

Here is a screenshot of the excel spreadsheet:

I can't work out why this flow would suddenly start to fail.

Can anyone give any idea why?

Dear partner,

This error is thrown from the excel side and is likely because of the excel-sheet table arrangement.
