Flow is not getting triggered Microsoft Forms

I create a Flow: Send an email after the form is completed.
The Flow's trigger and action below:

When a new response is submitted
Get response details
Send an email (V2)

The trigger and action's setting is no problem.
Microsoft Forms's setting also.

When I completed the Forms, I received the mail normal, Flow worked normally.
But when my group member completed the Forms, Flow is not getting triggered.

What I worry about is:
If I'm the Flow and Forms creater,
another member completed the Forms, the Flow will be triggered right?
Or just only me can triggered the Flow which I created?

Or can I assume the Form which I create and edit, and the URL I shared is different Form?

If its a form you shared with them then the flow should be triggered when they submit the form.  If you gave them a copy of the form then it won't be triggered because that form copy is now a different form.

Thank you for your reply, sir!
So it's mean use the way below:
options > collaborate on or duplicate > Share to collaborate > Get a link to view and edit
instead copy the Forms URL link, is that correct?

Yes, using the link to collaborate on the form should then still fire the flow.  But if they are just filling in the form, not editing the form itself, you just need to use the default settings in Settings

Then you can use the collect Responses button to send the form URL to others so they can fill it out.

The Options > Collaborate settings are so other people can edit the questions etc.  Doing that may break the connection with your flow.  The same will happen if you edit the form after creating the flow, because it changes the schema of the data sent from the form to the flow.

Thank you for your replying, sir!

I just check user are submitted the same Form, but still not be triggered.

1. Is that possible with the license?

Or trigger (When a new response is submitted) is no limit for E3 license?

2.Rebuild the Flow (Trigger)?

I shouldn't be the license, but if you modified the form after making the flow that may be causing the issue.
