Flow on demand for a selected file: not available on Sharepoint List Flow menu

Hi all,

I am trying without success to create a manually triggerable Flow on a Sharepoint Online Document Library.

I followed the tutorials, I read posts with relatively close issues without finding a solution, I have a full admin account, there is only the default environement, I've done everything I could before asking here.

What I did :

- from my document library : Flow / create a Flow

- selected "Custom action for a selected document"

- edited the default flow with just an email sending at the end

- saved the flow, checked it has no error and is activated

What I see on my document library after cache clean and refresh :

- if I select a file, the flow is not available in the flow menu

Any idea on what is going wrong ?

Re: Flow on demand for a selected file: not available on Sharepoint List Flow menu

 Mabel,

thanks for your answer.

For a reason I don't understand, everything is working normally now.

The only reason I can see is that I forgot (each time ???) to select a file before looking at the content of the Flow menu.

Still I close the case.

Re: Flow on demand for a selected file: not available on Sharepoint List Flow menu

Hi @Ju ,

Which browser are you using?

Following your steps, I have just tested it on Edge and Chrome, both of them are working fine. The flow with trigger For a selected file could be seen when I select a file.
