Flow "Succeeded" but Really Didn't

Hi all,

I'm having some trouble with multiple flows all running into the same problem, and I'm not sure why it's occurring. For each flow, I have it automated to run at a certain time where it finds the file using the file's name and copies the file to multiple SharePoint sites. When I ran the flow the first time (right after creating it), it ran as I wanted it to. After the next trials, it runs in a few milliseconds and says "succeeded", but the flow doesn't do any of the actions I ask it to do. Is this a common occurrence with an easy fix?

Thank you in advance for the help!

@Eric08

First, are you running the Flows with new files each time or re-running a previous run?

Can you please post a screen shot of a successful run as well as a screen shot of a run where you did not get the anticipated results?  Also, a screen shot of the Flow in edit mode would also be helpful.  All of this will assist anyone who would like to assist.
