Flow stops capturing data at 6:30AM Pacific

Hi, need help because i created that flow that's supposed to run and capture data every 30mins but what I've noticed is that it will run 24/7 but it stops capturing that data i want it to capture at 6:30AM pacific and will start capturing at 5PM Pacific again. Am i doing something wrong? Thanks.
