Flow struggling on apply to each/List rows in present table

Hello all,

I would like to ask you for an advice. I have Flow which I using for sharing price lists based on the margin level with our customers.

This flow worked pretty fine for 1 year. Few months ago Microsoft maybe something changed and the Flow is struggling for some reason.

The logic is if the file is uploaded to Sharepoint, then the process begin. There is 500 lines in Excel sheet as data resource containing e-mail addresses. Then is there rule to check if all conditions are fulfilled.

Unfortunately the Flow is struggling. List rows present in Table take a hours (11) for error 429.

- Pagnation is turned on

- Retry polic is setup on fixed interval, 50 counts, PT20S.

In the same Flow sometimes list rows present in table works pretty good without delay. Then the Flow is struggling on Apply to each operation (up to 2 days). In Apply to each the concurrency control is turned on and setup on the maximum.

Could you please help me there how to solve this problem?

Thank you

Can we please see what the inside of the "Apply to each" looks like?

Thank you,

Rhia

Hi Rhia,

sure. Inside apply to each is the rule to check if are conditions applied. If yes, then the e-mail with attached pricelist is sent to the specific customer.
